Cooking in the wood fired oven at Chanteduc is a beloved ritual of Patricia and Walter Wells. Patricia explains fondly, "we cook pizza in the bread oven once a week. I guess I kind of went overboard - as I do - with pizza equipment - I'm happy to share with anyone who wants to share it with me!"
